This series consists of minute books and rough minute books. The rough minute books record the meetings in a briefer form than the minutes which are signed by the Chairman. The rough minute books are not indexed. From 1888 to 1895 the indexes to the minute books were placed in the front of the volumes. From 1896 to 1909 the indexes are in separate volumes bound to the back covers of the minute books. (6/13067-85). 19 vols.
