Hitchwiki/hitchhiking-heatmap

This dataset stores a numpy.array of pixels for a world map of estimated `waiting_times` for hitchhiking, as well as a second numpy.array providing `uncertainties` for these estimations. These values can be used to produce maps like the following. The splits of the dataset in `data` are named by the date they were created and contain all available data points at that time. New maps (splits) are created regularly by https://github.com/Hitchwiki/hitchhiking-heatmap-generator and can be used in down-stream applications like https://github.com/Hitchwiki/hitchhiking.org.
