Temporary portable rumble strip experiment in Utah

These are records collected from an experiment with temporary portable rumble strips (TPRS) at four work sites in Utah during Summer 2025. Several files are provided: `camera_back.csv.gz` contains recordings of 19,463 vehicles interacting with TPRS including whether the vehicles braked before or after the TPRS, the class of vehicle, and the lane the vehicle was using `observation_data.csv` contains a schema for the experimental data collection including which dates included which TPRS spacing and the distance between the radar devices and the cameras `speeds.csv` contains the 85th percentile speed recorded in 15-minute bins at two different radar units These data are derived from raw text records constructed while watching video recordings of traffic streams. The raw text records are saved in the project repository on GitHub and the video recordings can be shared on legitimate request.
