Test Dataset for "Presence-Aware 3D XCT Detection of Surface-Attached Spatter Particles in Metal Additive Manufacturing"

This dataset contains the X-ray computed tomography (XCT) test data and corresponding ground-truth masks used for evaluation in the study "Presence-Aware 3D XCT Detection of Surface-Attached Spatter Particles in Metal Additive Manufacturing". The dataset includes 25 XCT test patches, each with a size of 40 × 40 × 40 voxels and an isotropic voxel size of 10 μm. The data are stored in compressed NIfTI format (.nii.gz). The imagesTs directory contains the XCT test patches, and the labelsTs directory contains the corresponding ground-truth masks. In the label masks, 0 denotes background/non-spatter and 1 denotes spatter particle.
