scRNAseq of the TCRs and BCRs of aqueous and blood immune cells in human uveitis

We profiled using single cell RNA sequencing the immune cells of the aqueous humor from patients with uveitis as well as their peripheral blood. Then processed their BCR repertoire and TCR repertoire We sampled 100-200 ul of the inflamed anterior chamber fluid using a 25- to 30-gauge needle. We pelleted cells by centrifugation (400 x g, 5 min) to remove the aqueous fluid and cryopreserved cells in fetal bovine serum containing 10% DMSO. To profile cells by single cell RNA sequencing, we used the 10x Genomics 5'v2 gene expression kit.
