Genome based analysis of virulence factors in klebsiella spp.. Klebsiella pneumoniae

We are currently working on virulence factors (Capsule, Fimbriae, Siderophore and Urease) along with Antimicrobial resistance profile in klebsiella spp. using whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis to understand the genetic structure and profile for particular virulence factors and correlation among these virulence factors in klebsiella spp.
