This is the first part of the dataset which belong to the publication titled: Investigating a novel non-destructive identification technique for prehistoric adhesive with Dynamic Headspace coupled to Comprehensive Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometre. In the dataset 14 different adhesives which are found in nature and are investigated in relation to their use in prehistory for hafting adhesives are analysed. In an accompaning excel file a detailed description of the adhesives and the injection parameters are given.
