Microgravity is one of crucial factors which affects the health of astronauts' intestine in space. Our study investigates that simulated microgravity(SMG) can induce the imbalance of intestine microbiota in the colonic content of mice by 16srRNA analysis, and linear discriminant analysis showed the typical differential flora in the mice infected with C.rodentium under SMG. Moreover, VSL#3( a kind of medical food containing probiotics) can ameliorate this imbalance of intestine microbiota under SMG, which may provide protection and regulation for the astronauts' intestines.
