Epigenomic patterns of variation under grafting and irrigation conditions in the grapevine clone 'Chambourcin'

This study contains 12 samples of grapevine leaf whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) data, and eight samples of grapevine leaf small RNA-sequencing data, from replicates of a clonal scion ('Chambourcin') that were grafted or ungrafted in an experimental vineyard. 'Chambourcin' was grafted onto rootstock 3309C. Grafted and ungrafted grapevine replicates were evenly divided between irrigated and unirrigated treatments. All vines were sampled from the same two experimental treatment blocks (grafted or ungrafted) and the same two rows (irrigated or unirrigated).
