2022 Nanjing GemPharmatech 55 GMM68 gnotobiotic mice fecal metagenome sequencing raw data

The structure, composition and status of the gut microbiota are closely related to host health. Gnotobiotic mice, a model formed by colonising germ-free mice with specific strains of bacteria, plays an important role in the study of intestinal flora. In this study, 12 biological samples consisting of feces from 55 GMM68 gnotobiotic mice were metagenome sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 with PE150 sequencing pattern. Each biosample contained 8-10 faeces, consisting of a mixture of 2 faeces from each of 4-5 female or male mice in the same cage. This data is a pre-publication release.
