资源简介：
SesamumGDB is the first centralized genomic database for the Sesamum genus, integrating genome resources, gene annotations (352,471 genes including lipid metabolism/TFs), and chromosome data from two cultivated sesame varieties and seven wild species across three ploidy levels. It provides tools (BLAST, JBrowse) for data exploration and analysis to support genomics research and molecular breeding of sesame and related oilseed crops.
