RNAseq_GFWT+Staphylococcus_cohnii

Skin commensals promote host immunological responses even at steady state. In this study, we analyzed gene expression patter of the skin taken from mice colonized with each Staphylococcus cohnii strain. This dataset contains transcriptional profiling of whole skin of germ-free B6N wild-type mice and those colonized with S. cohnii 2A1 or 7C1 strain. Overall design: RNAseq was performed on skin specimen harvested from germ-free wild-type mice or those colonized with S. cohnii 2A1 or 7C1; 4-5 replicates per group.
