面向公益诉讼的长江、黄河流域40年涉水数据集，由长江、黄河流域1984-2024年逐季节的水面数据、长江和黄河流域生态环境保护法条中对于河流水域保护法条的系列空间化数据构成。
使用条件：该数据通过“环境资源检察公益诉讼遥感辅助办案平台”调用使用，使用的前提条件是获得了上述平台的使用权限。
范围和对象：数据供全国各级检察机关检察官、检察技术人员及数字检察研究人员使用。
能解决的主要问题：数据集能够清晰反映河道占用、水资源过度开发导致的河流断流、水库等工程设施实施等造成的下游减脱水、河道非法围河养殖等损害生态环境公共利益的现象。可以解决检察官及检察技术人员回溯取证过程中法条与疑似违法现象关联取证基础信息跨部门调取的难题，大大提高涉水检察公益诉讼回溯取证办案的效率。

A 40-year water-related dataset for public interest litigation in the Yangtze River and Yellow River basins, which consists of seasonal surface water data from 1984 to 2024 in the two basins and a series of spatially referenced data derived from water body protection clauses in the ecological and environmental protection laws and regulations of the Yangtze River and Yellow River basins.
Usage Terms: This dataset can only be accessed and used via the "Remote Sensing Assisted Case Handling Platform for Environmental Resources Prosecution and Public Interest Litigation", and the prerequisite for usage is obtaining the usage authority of the aforementioned platform.
Scope and Target Users: This dataset is available for prosecutors, procuratorial technical personnel, and digital prosecution researchers at all levels of procuratorates across the country.
Key Resolved Issues: This dataset can clearly reflect phenomena that harm the public ecological environment interests, including river channel occupation, river cutoff caused by over-exploitation of water resources, downstream water reduction and dehydration resulting from engineering facilities such as reservoirs, and illegal enclosed river aquaculture.
