Origin-Destination Matrix in the Megabús Bus Rapid Transit system in Pereira, Colombia

Here it is presented data on the movement patterns of people in the city of Pereira, based on a mobility survey conducted across Traffic Analysis Zones (TAZ). Origin-destination matrices between TAZs are presented, and through a developed model, it was possible to assign the demand from the TAZs to the stations of the BRT system, Megabús, the major transport mode in the city. Additionally, totalized and normalized origin-destination matrices between the stations of the system are provided to further analyze the distribution of demand.
