A column experimental system was built to simulate PRB using bioreactors to study the remediation effects of zero-valent iron-coupled straw and different biochars on chromium-contaminated groundwater. The structural and functional genetic changes of autotrophic microflora in different zero-valent iron-coupled biochar bioreactors during remediation were investigated by Metagenomics.
