Study on the resistance of 2 strains of Enterobacter hormaechei to some antibiotics

In order to study the resistance of three strains of Enterobacter hormaechei to polymyxin and carbapenem antibiotics, we sequenced the whole genome. These strains come from patients in hospitals. These strains have the phenomenon of multiple drug resistance. After sequencing, it was found that the drug resistance comes from plasmids in bacteria, and there are mobile elements, which can be transmitted horizontally.
