This collection is comprised of imaging segmentations from CT scans of 52 patients with high grade serous ovarian cancer from the APOLLO 2-Ovarian-Pilot collection, which includes histopathology imaging and paired proteogenomic data. The clinically indicated contrast-enhanced CT scans were acquired on different scanners with different slice thickness. The portal-venous phase was used for tumor segmentation. Non contrast enhanced and post-treatment CT scans were excluded from the analysis. All tumor lesions were segmented creating a volume of interest (VOI) using the soft tissue reconstructions using the Microsoft Radiomics App V1.0.28434.1 (Project InnerEye https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/research/project/medical-image-analysis, Microsoft, Redmond, WA, USA) by two radiologists independently. Therefore two DICOM-RT files per patient are included in this dataset. To assess intra-tumor heterogeneity the following tumor locations were segmented and labelled separately: Omentum 1; Right Upper Quadrant 2; Left Upper Quadrant 3; Epigastrium 4; Mesentery 5; Left Paracolic Gutter 6; Right Paracolic Gutter 7; Pelvic Ovarian Disease 9; Pleura 11; Abdominal Wall 12; Lymph Node Infrarenal 13; Lymph Node Suprarenal 14; Lymph Node Supradiaphrmal 15; Lymph Node Chest 16; Lymph Node Inguinal 17; Lung Nodules 18; Liver Metastasis 19.
