The user entity shall provide customized parameters including flight number, travel date and flight segment. When airport exceptional incidents occur, aviation enthusiasts will proactively push relevant notifications to the user entity. Upon receiving the notifications, the user entity may either distribute the information to passenger service teams or handle the matters independently. The service can provide airport IATA codes, start time, end time and detailed information of the exceptional incidents, with a coverage rate of 100%.
