aNasal shedding was assessed via nasal swabs by RRT-PCR. A dash “—” indicates that no viral RNA was detected. An asterisk “*” indicates that live virus was confirmed in sample by virus isolation. Virus isolation was only attempted with samples with Ct values bBecause initial results were much higher than most other samples, a second RRT-PCR run was conducted. Results presented represent the mean among the two independent runs.
