Masked-Priority Diagnosis and Contention-Aware Evaluation of Deep Q-Network Policies for Dynamic Spectrum Access

Minimum reproducibility package containing code, checkpoints, aggregate results, and article-specific reanalysis supporting the standalone original research article. The collision study contains 12,672 aggregate evaluation records, all 60 per-seed aggregate training histories (24,000 episode rows), the complete ten-file reviewer-evidence export, and 76 scientific model checkpoints (8 archived discovery, 8 independent replication, and 60 prospective), plus one non-evidence smoke-test checkpoint fixture (77 packaged .pt files total); no slot-level collision records are available. Software is MIT licensed; research data and checkpoints are licensed CC BY 4.0. The six separately sealed multi-gigabyte trace archives are not part of this minimum deposit and are not required to regenerate the article's aggregate analyses or figures. PARENT_EVIDENCE_MANIFEST.json pins the actual predecessor DOI files and cross-walks both declared parent lineages to included public artifacts.
