This data set contains hourly resolution soil temperature and moisture data at 5, 15, 25, 35, 60, 85, 125, 175 cm depths from the Department of Energy (DOE) Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Southern Great Plains (SGP) Soil Water and Temperature System (SWATS). These SWATS stations are located at many of the ARM SGP Extended Facilities in southern Kansas and northern Oklahoma. This data set covers the period from 20 May to 07 July 2003. These data are in netCDF format.
