Gene expression-based, individualized outcome prediction for exposure of rat ovarian tissue

Using the selection criteria (FC ≥ 2, p ≤ 0.05), 86 up-regulated genes and 71 down-regulated genes were identified in the TBT100 group. In the BPA50 group, 45 up-regulated genes and 95 down-regulated genes were identified using the same criteria. The TBT+BPA group had 258 up-regulated genes and 234 down-regulated genes.
