Soil health assessment and cover crops for the Holland Marsh: Soil health test results from lab

As part of the "Soil health assessment and cover crops for the Holland Marsh" thesis research, active carbon and ACE protein tests were completed at the Plant Agriculture Growth Laboratories at the University of Guelph and soil organic carbon and total nitrogen tests were completed at the Agriculture and Food Laboratory at the University of Guelph. All other tests were completed at the A&L Laboratories in London, Ontario. The objective was to determine important soil health indicators of muck soil and to create baseline information. It was also completed to assess commercial soil health tests available in Ontario for use in muck soil.
