Age-dependent fibrosis accumulated in the liver includes driver cell types of aging. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) from specially digested liver to analyze the age-related fibrosis. Overall design: The liver was digested to enriched the fibrotic niche. Experiment was done in young (6 months) and old (24 months) mouse to see age-relation in fibrosis
