梧桐应急大数据基于具有时空连续性的位置信令大数据，结合气象、地震等灾害实时数据，对受灾地区人口情况进行持续统计分析，通过对灾害事件的事前预警、事中监测、事后评估，有效辅助各级管理部门应急预案的制定和救援工作，通过对各类事件的多级分类分析，实现对事件的精准预警和综合评估，提升管理效率。Wutong Emergency Big Data leverages spatio-temporally continuous location signaling big data, paired with real-time disaster-related data such as meteorological and seismic data, to conduct continuous statistical analysis on population conditions in disaster-stricken areas. Through pre-disaster early warning, in-progress disaster monitoring and post-disaster assessment, it effectively supports management authorities at all levels in formulating emergency response plans and carrying out rescue operations. By performing multi-level classification analysis on various types of incidents, the dataset enables accurate early warning and comprehensive assessment of events, thereby improving management efficiency.
