The BICCN Data Portal, the data gateway of the Brain Initiative Cell Census Network (BICCN), is dedicated to building a comprehensive reference brain cell atlas integrating molecular, anatomical and functional data, covering descriptions of brain cell types in mice, humans and non-human primates. This platform provides data catalogs, raw data downloads and visualization tools, and collaborates with multiple data repositories including NeMO, BIL, DANDI and BossDB to facilitate scientific exploration and community engagement.
