The dataset is divided into two parts: 1. Calibration curve data for gadusol quantification: This includes absorbance values from three technical replicates at different standard concentrations, along with the mean absorbance and standard deviation (SD) for each point. These data were used to establish the linear regression model for gadusol detection. 2. 5-L bioreactor time course data: This includes cell density (OD600), gadusol titer (mg/L), and feed volume (mL) measured over the fermentation period. Three independent biological replicates were performed, and the mean values with standard deviation are provided to ensure reproducibility.
