Gene expression profile at single cell level of E12.5 mouse heart with transcription factor Gata4 knockout by inducible Cre in endocardium

Gata4 is required for mouse endocardium development. To identify genes regulated by Gata4 in endocardium, we deleted Gata4 in endocardium with Cdh5(Pac)-CreERT2 and performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze all cells from the ventricles. Overall design: Cdh5-CreERT2 was induced by tamoxifen at E9.5 and Gata4 flox/+ or Gata4flox/flox hearts were collected at E12.5 for scRNAseq.
