Processed transcriptomic and metabolomic source data for acute cold exposure in a black-shell fast-growing bay scallop line

This dataset contains processed source data supporting a manuscript on acute cold exposure responses in a black-shell fast-growing bay scallop line of Argopecten irradians. The files include supplementary tables, processed LC-MS metabolomics feature-level results, metabolite annotation information, QC summaries, statistical output tables, qPCR validation summaries, and numerical source data underlying the main and supplementary figures. This package reflects the BS-CC-only factorial metabolomics reanalysis used in the submitted manuscript. The metabolomic model includes the 12 BS and CC biological samples and uses 8 residual degrees of freedom. The df=8 contrast summaries are reported in Supplementary Table S8, the BS cold-responsive feature list is reported in Supplementary Table S9, Figure 5 source data are in Source_Data.zip, and supplementary-figure source data are in Supplementary_Source_Data.zip. The uploaded source-data files contain only the black-shell line (BS), the control line (CC), and pooled QC records where applicable. Raw RNA-seq reads are deposited separately in NCBI SRA under BioProject PRJNA1495732, with SRA accessions SRR39638279-SRR39638290.
