资源简介:
Cultivar: 'Australian finger lime'The sample was collected from University of California Riverside (UCR) (inventory identified IVNO 6502). The accession is identified as CRC3672 in the UCR system and PI 312872 in the USDA National Plant Germplasm System (NPGS).Seeds from this source was used for propagation and used for testing for field resistance/tolerance against citrus huanglongbing disease in an HLB endemic region of Florida, USA and found to be highly tolerant to the disease (Ramadugu et al., 2016). This genotype has since been used extensively to breed for HLB resistance in commercial citrus. This accession was received as seed at USDA in 1966 from L. Chilcott, North Arm Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia. It was received at UCR, probably as plants, in 1968. The plant sampled for sequencing was planted in 1987, and a clone from this source was propagated further from sanitized material (VI697) in 2004 at the Citrus Clonal Protection Program of the UCR. In addition, genetic material from this accession is available from USDA subject to phytosanitory regulations.
