This .zip cotains some excel files with data about Raman experiments carried out on woven bone samples from bone lengthening experiments on ovine metatarsus [1]. Raman Spectroscopy analysis was performed using a LabRAM Horiba Jobin Yvon (HORIBA, Kyoto, Japan) confocal Raman microscope. Spectra were collected with a 785 nm red laser at ×100 magnification, with a 5-s integration time and 20 accumulations. The spectral range was from 200 to 1800 cm-1. The parameters provided are the followings: Cristallinity: 1/FWHM_999 Carbonate-to-phosphate: I_1070/I_959 Proline mineral-to-matrix: I_959/I_853 Tyrosine mineral-to-matrix: I_959/I_1607 Amide III mineral-to-matrix: A_422/A_1250 Carbonate-to-matrix: A_1070/A_1620-1700 Hydroxyproline-to-proline: I_872/I_853 Amide I-to-Amide III: I_1620-1700/I_1250 Files are names as "Raman_XXD", where XX are the regeneration days after surgery of the sample analyzed.
