Data from "Micromechanical response of an electrodeposited NiP metallic glass by pillar compression under extreme conditions"

This record contains data from a room-temperature micropillar compression test conducted on an amorphous Ni-16 wt.% P alloy fabricated by electrodeposition. The post mortem image of the deformed pillar was taken on a Hitachi S4800 SEM, at a tilt angle of 35°. The data were originally reported in Fig. 2 of 10.1016/j.msea.2024.146342, which provides details on the sample preparation and experimental procedures. The data used in this publication was managed using the framework and metadata scheme provided by project A07 within SFB1394 Structural and Chemical Atomic Complexity — From Defect Phase Diagrams to Material Properties, project ID 409476157 funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG).
