Arabidopsis thaliana mature pollen - abscisic acid - Transcriptome - Raw sequence reads

Exogenous abscisic acid treatment was applied to the inflorescences of Arabidopsis. RNA sequencing was conducted to comprehensively identify and characterize differentially expressed protein-coding genes and long non-coding RNAs in mature pollen before and after exogenous abscisic acid treatment.
