H2 Partially Stirred Reactor Database

A data-set of partially stirred reactor states generated by the pypasr (https://github.com/kyleniemeyer/pypasr) code for the Burke H2 Model (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/kin.20603/abstract).<br>The data is saved in the numpy .npz format, and is organized as follows:<br>The keys of the .npz file are the original filenames, e.g. pasr_out_0.npy, etc.<br>The files correspond to the following inlet conditions:<br>0, 1, 2: 400, 600, 800 K at 1 atm3, 4, 5: 400, 600, 800 K at 10 atm6, 7, 8: 400, 600, 800 K at 25 atm<br>all with an equivalence ratio of one.<br>The individual file arrays are of size:<br>(1001, 100, 16)<br>The first column corresponds to the PaSR simulation time, the second to the particle number inside the PaSR, and the third column contains the themochemical state vectors, are ordered containing:<br>[time, temperature, pressure, mass fractions]<br><br>This database has been used in several works (See references for more information) for error validation and performance testing.<br><br>
