Seabird survey data for producing distribution maps for the ecosystem model Atlantis-Gulf of Mexico (GOM) and parameterizing the habitat capacity model of the ecosystem model West Florida Shelf Reef fish Ecospace

This dataset contains all of the seabird survey data that are used to fit statistical habitat models whose predictions are employed to produce distribution maps for the ecosystem model Atlantis-Gulf of Mexico (GOM), and for parameterizing the habitat capacity model of the ecosystem model West Florida Shelf Reef fish Ecospace. Three files are provided here. Each file provides: (i) the longitudes (°E) where seabirds were sighted; (ii) the latitudes (°N) where seabirds were sighted; (iii) the years during which seabirds were sighted; and (iv) the names of the surveys that sighted seabirds (factors).
