Isolated neurospheres were treated with TMZ in vitro to study their TMZ-response phenotypes. We observed temozolomide induced cellular senescence in one of the two neurospheres. Then exome sequencing was done in all the neurospheres before and after treatment and also after post treatment recovery with a mean depth of 77x to estimate the mutations associated with TMZ response in these two neurospheres.
