基于舟山海慧海洋科技有限公司自主研发的海洋原位pH传感器,以实时采集海洋水体的电压值参数,以及采集的海洋原位水体的温度数据作为输入参数,共同得到海洋原位环境的pH值。该方法可以无接触、准确的获得海洋原位环境中的pH值数据。不仅有助于科学管理海洋水质状况,了解海洋酸化程度,还能为海洋生态建设和海洋资源开发提供重要保障,通过监测,可以及时发现和处理海洋环境是否存在相关污染源,确保海洋资源的有效利用和可持续开发,并进一步为政府和相关机构制定科学的海洋管理政策提供依据。实时采集的海洋水体原位电压值,通过一定算法模型计算得到海洋原位的pH值。算法分为以下三部:第一步,根据能斯特公式得到每pH值对应的海水温度中每度对应的电压变化;第二步,将基于实验室内使用标准溶液计算得到的计算水体pH过程中偏置项的斜率值与截距项;第三步,基于海洋原位水体的pH计算模型,结合原位水体中的温度数据,基于一起采集的海洋原位电压值与海洋原位环境中的温度数据,计算得到海洋原位环境中的pH值。
Based on the independently developed in-situ marine pH sensor by Zhoushan Haihui Marine Technology Co., Ltd., real-time collected voltage parameters of seawater and in-situ seawater temperature data are used as input parameters to jointly calculate the pH value of the in-situ marine environment. This method enables contactless and accurate acquisition of pH data in the in-situ marine environment. It not only facilitates scientific management of marine water quality and assessment of ocean acidification levels, but also provides critical support for marine ecological construction and marine resource development. Through continuous monitoring, potential pollution sources in the marine environment can be promptly identified and addressed, ensuring the efficient utilization and sustainable development of marine resources. Furthermore, it offers evidence-based support for governments and relevant institutions to formulate scientific marine management policies. The real-time collected in-situ seawater voltage values are used to calculate the in-situ seawater pH value via a dedicated algorithm model, which comprises three steps:
1. Calculate the voltage change per degree of seawater temperature corresponding to each pH unit based on the Nernst equation;
2. Determine the slope and intercept of the bias term in the water body pH calculation process, which is derived using standard solutions in laboratory experiments;
3. Calculate the pH value of the in-situ marine environment by combining the in-situ seawater temperature data and the simultaneously collected in-situ seawater voltage values with the established in-situ seawater pH calculation model.
