资源简介:
Gastric cancer is a highly malignant gastrointestinal tumor, and cantharidin sodium has potential anti-tumor activity against gastric cancer cells. Here, we focus on AGS and MKN1 gastric cancer cell lines: each cell line was divided into cantharidin sodium treatment group and untreated control group, with 3 biological replicates set for each subgroup. We aim to reveal the differential gene expression profiles induced by cantharidin sodium in these two cell lines, and further clarify the molecular regulatory mechanism of cantharidin sodium in inhibiting gastric cancer cell progression through transcriptomic analysis. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of AGS and MKN1 gastric cancer cell lines (under cantharidin sodium treatment) and their corresponding untreated control groups, with 3 biological replicates per subgroup
