This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing consumer purchase-related data of Taosu (Chinese Walnut Shortbread) from customers in Shaoxing, with the goals of understanding customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences towards Taosu, evaluating the market popularity of this product, providing references for all enterprises in the industry to formulate production strategies, and better providing personalized products and services to users. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to customers' purchases of Taosu. 2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and aggregate the collected raw data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-driven Demand Calculation: Conduct demand analysis on the preprocessed data using the formula: $P = left( frac{a_1}{b_1} + frac{a_2}{b_2} + frac{a_3}{b_3} ight) * k$, where $a_1$ represents the minimum single-order quantity, $b_1$ represents the minimum single-order consumption amount; $a_2$ represents the maximum single-order quantity, $b_2$ represents the maximum single-order consumption amount; $a_3$ represents the average single-order quantity, $b_3$ represents the average single-order consumption amount. $k$ is the consumption coefficient that varies across regions, with an empirical value of 0.8 for Shaoxing. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three tiers ("High", "Medium", "Low") based on the calculated demand score $P$: customers with a score above 800 are marked as "High Tier", those with a score between 400 and 800 are marked as "Medium Tier", and those with a score below 400 are marked as "Low Tier"
