Whole-genome sequencing in Japanese patients with palindromic rheumatism

Palindromic rheumatism (PR) is a cryptogenic paroxysmal arthritis, which periodically repeats paroxysmal arthritis. It has been suggested that several genes are involved in the pathogenesis of PR. In this project, We tried to identify disease susceptibility genes for palindromic rheumatism.
