PID-GraphVAE: 3-D cylinder-wake (Re = 300) CFD dataset for "From compression to discovery"

Three-dimensional unsteady laminar simulation of a circular-cylinder wake at Re = 300 (ANSYS Fluent; domain 10D/25D/±10D with an 8D span; Δt = 0.01 s, snapshots at every step), accompanying the paper "From compression to discovery: representations whose structure reveals the governing equations". Contents: cylinder_3d_re300_ds.h5 (time-resolved u, v, w, p fields), cylinder_3d_re300_ds.physcache.npz (precomputed physics-supervision targets), and the 3-D mesh coordinate file. The first 2,000 frames (≈12.6 shedding periods) are used in the paper. Full CFD setup: Supplementary Section S1 and data_prep/README.md in the companion code repository.
