De novo transcriptome assembly of Graffenrieda emarginata

This Zenodo deposit contains the key data products generated during the de novo transcriptome analyses of Graffenrieda emarginata. We provide the final filtered transcriptome assembly together with the main derived outputs used for technical validation and downstream analyses (e.g., expression matrices, functional annotation). All files were produced using the bioinformatic pipeline archived on Zenodo via the linked GitHub repository (see “Related identifiers”).
