Expression Data from regulatory T-cells in a model of acute pancreatitis

Foxp3 positive regulatory T-cells were isolated by FACS from spleen of mice with acute pancreatitis induced by partial pancreatic duct ligation, mice without pancreatitis refer as controls we used microarrays to investigate the activation of Tregs during acute pancreatitis We use FACS sorting to isolate Tregs by their GFP expression from DEREG mice which express GFP under the control of Foxp3, 3d after partial pancreatic duct ligation and untreated controls
