Impact of ILC3s dysregulation on the microbiota composition in human and mouse models

We investigated the impact of ILC3 dysregulation on the microbiota composition of human patients and mouse models. We performed 16S rRNA gene sequencing on the luminal microbiota from (1) MHCIIΔILC3 and MHCIIF/F controls mice, (2) from RAG-/- mice before and after adoptive transfer with CD4 T cells from MHCIIΔILC3 or MHCIIF/F controls mice and (3) from C57BL6/J mice treated with antibiotics and then colonized with microbiota from human IBD patients or healthy subjects.
