AFDN deficiency promotes liver tropism of metastatic colorectal cancer

The aim of this project was to study the changes in gene expression levels under AFDN knockout conditions and reveal the effects on the overall gene regulatory network. This can help us understand the function of AFDN knockout and its interactions with other genes, thereby revealing the mechanism of action of AFDN in cellular processes and disease development.
