Transcriptome analysis using RNA-Seq assay were done to identify pathways regulated under long-term waterlogging treatment in cucumber DH lines with confirmed diverse tolerance. Secondly, we wanted to determine how priming (pre-treatment) influence on long-term memory in the WL tolerant and WL sensitive cucumber lines. Additionally, the research aimed to assess the effect of long-term waterlogging to long-term recovery period in cucumber roots.
