This dataset conducts dynamic analysis of Global Forecast System (GFS) forecasts, processes and generates forecasted rainfall amounts for different future time periods in Beilun District, Ningbo City, to provide support for government departments in flood prevention and the public's travel planning. In scenarios such as typhoons and heavy rainstorms, it can assist managers in analysis, judgment and decision-making, timely release and implementation of relevant measures to mitigate disaster losses. Taking the latest numerical forecast outputs of the Global Forecast System (GFS) as input data, it converts them into grid-point rainfall through numerical interpretation, conducts topological analysis based on the vector layer of the administrative boundaries of Beilun District, Ningbo City, dynamically extracts grid-point information within the district, and generates point-hourly areal rainfall forecasts for different time spans within the next 72 hours of Beilun District.
