Data on AKI in elderly patients with cirrhosis

This dataset retrospectively collects clinical data of patients with decompensated cirrhosis. The variables include basic demographic information, liver function indexes, renal function indexes (baseline, peak and post-treatment serum creatinine), coagulation function indexes, initial AKI stage, and complications such as infection, gastrointestinal bleeding and hepatic encephalopathy. The dataset was used to explore influencing factors of AKI treatment response and construct a predictive model in elderly patients with decompensated cirrhosis. All data were extracted from electronic medical records.
