Analysis code and derived descriptor tables for repeatability characterisation of a consumer structured-light scanner for 3-D wound geometry
收藏资源简介:
Analysis code and the derived descriptor tables that reproduce every numeric claim in the associated manuscript. Repeat scans were taken of rigid wound-care training phantoms; because the phantoms cannot change between scans, every difference between two scans of one site is measurement error, which makes the variance decomposition identifiable. The included script verify_paper.py re-derives 166 manuscript claims from the tables in analysis_v2/results/ and exits non-zero if any value disagrees with the manuscript beyond its stated tolerance. The curvature estimator is separately validated against surfaces of known analytic curvature by test_curvature.py. Both run in under a minute and require no raw scan data. The raw .ply meshes are not included because the scan corpus is several gigabytes; they are available from the corresponding author on request. Nine scripts read the meshes directly, but their outputs are present in results/, so all downstream analysis reproduces without them.
