Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of pulmonary pleomorphic carcinoma (PPC) patients was conducted using the 10x Genomics platform to reveal the clonal evolution of PPCs. Overall design: Surgically resected fresh frozen primary PPC samples from four patients were used. After tissue fixation and dissociation, library preparation was processed according to the Chromium Fixed RNA Profiling Reagent Kits for Multiplexed Samples.
